Castable and Telecom Company Highlight New Brand Initiative

Challenge:

A large Telecom company was running a national campaign on a new initiative regarding internet access and needed lift in their brand within certain audiences. They needed to reach a niche target demographic within three isolated DMAs, seeking to raise the profile of their brand by highlighting the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Solutions:

With Blackbook’s data partnerships, we were able to identify policy and media influencers in targeted broadcast markets and serve premium video. Additionally, we were able to conduct granular deterministic targeting on key audiences based on race, demographics, and income. To ensure we surrounded these individuals with the Telecom company’s messaging, we also implemented radius-based geotargeting on locations with high concentrations of the target audience.

Results:

Target communities have increased awareness of the initiative. The brand was also able to increase its name recognition and prime three broadcast markets for the national campaign in 2021.
